After I installed my network scanner and I opened Photoshop M2000Twn.dll was not found error is shown.I copied the M2000Twn.dll file into windows\system and it solves my problem.
I download the dll file from here:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?m2000twn and pasted in windows\system.
